Founder

Jacques facilitates the thinking & planning work flow with a very efficient process that brings the management team together, supporting and bringing the best out of each executive. His approach to assessing the business model and defining a winning strategy aims at developing a real competitive edge and leveraging it to grow.

Following 22 years of experience with leading companies such as Kraft, Imasco, Culinar and Bombardier, where he played increasingly challenging roles on a national and international basis, Jacques created the WONpager model to help leaders in dealing with the right questions, reaching a stimulating consensus on vision throughout the organization and in deploying key strategies and accountabilities, while ensuring focus in the on-going execution of action plans.

Jacques is particularly appreciated for the clarity of his strategic diagnostics on the degree of competitiveness of business models and growth strategies, as well as for his roadmaps to transform the organization so as to WIN in ever evolving conditions as ONE team.

Jacques has been involved for more than 20 years in humanitarian causes and charities, namely as Chairman of the Board of Breakfast Clubs of Canada, where he was recently honored as First National Founding Member.
